In short: We collect what we need to give you a SIM, bill you correctly, and keep fraud out. We never sell your data, we keep it only as long as we actually need it, and you can ask to see, fix, or delete it any time.

ZipTo is a trading name of LoyX Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16877946, with its registered office at 100 The Fairway, Slough, SL1 8DY, United Kingdom ("ZipTo", "we", "us"). We're responsible for your personal data across our website (ziptomobile.com), app, and mobile network. Read this alongside our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.
2. Data We Collect
Here's what we collect — directly from you, automatically as you use our services, and occasionally from credit reference, fraud-prevention or payment partners:
Identity Data
Your name, date of birth, and ID documents, so we can verify who you are.
Contact Data
Your email, phone number, and address, so we can reach you.
Financial Data
Your payment details and billing history, so we can charge you correctly.
Technical Data
Your IP address, device/browser info, and general location, so our app and site work properly.
Usage & Network Data
How you use our app and website, plus data-usage records from your mobile service.

3. Why We Use It
We use your data to set up and bill your service, verify who you are and stop fraud, keep our network running and fix faults, and answer your questions. We'll only send you offers if you've said yes, or you're already a customer under the PECR "soft opt-in". We won't make a decision that seriously affects you using automation alone without letting you ask for a human review.
We rely on: our contract with you; our legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud rules); our legitimate business interests; and your consent where needed.
4. Marketing & Cookies
Don't want to hear from us? Unsubscribe any time — click the link in any email, reply STOP to a text, or update your account settings. We use cookies as explained in our Cookie Policy; some need your consent first.
5. Who We Share It With
We share data with our network partner(s), payment processors, IT/hosting providers, fraud and credit-checking agencies, and regulators when the law requires it. We never sell your data, and everyone we work with is contractually bound to protect it.

6. International Customers
We sell across the UK and internationally. If EU data protection law applies to you, we follow it just as carefully as UK law. Where we send data outside the UK/EU, we use legally approved safeguards to keep it protected.
7. How Long We Keep It
We only keep your data as long as we actually need it — generally for as long as your account's active, plus a bit longer to meet accounting and tax rules (usually up to 6 years). Network usage records are kept only as long as needed for billing or fraud checks.
8. Your Rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, fix it, delete it, restrict it, object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. To exercise any right:

9. Keeping You Safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we'll tell you (and the regulator) if anything ever goes wrong, where the law requires it. ZipTo is for adults — we don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.
